MSIY-30 floating spindle can achieve bi-directional floating machining with a radial angle of 360 ° plus or minus 5 ° and an axial angle of 5mm. 

The floating force can be adjusted by external air pressure.

Can be used for removing burrs with small margins within 2mm in cast iron, steel, aluminum alloy, resin, etc.

The robot can be used to clamp tools, or the tools can be fixed, and the robot can clamp workpieces for deburring processing.

Paired with end mills, rotary files, taper milling cutters, wire brushes, ceramic fiber grinding brushes, 

diamond grinding heads, etc. for better deburring and grinding effects.
