MSIY-40AQC automatic tool changing floating spindle, power 1200W, speed 40000 rpm, torque 0.5N. m, high output force, can process hard materials such as stainless steel and cast iron, and can be used for welding seam milling, C4 chamfering and other processing.


(3) MSIY-40 floating electric spindle

The MSIY-40 floating spindle is composed of an MSIY-4020 electric spindle and a floating tool holder. It has a power of 600W, a torque of 0.6N. m, a speed of up to 20000 revolutions per minute, a rotation runout accuracy of less than 3um, and can hold up to 7mm tool shank diameter. It can be used to remove burrs on aluminum parts and other materials.


(4) MSIY-30 floating electric spindle

It can be used for mold removal lines of injection molded parts, plastics, etc., as well as rubber sole polishing. MSIY-80 floating electric spindle is a high torque electric spindle with a power of 2.2KW and a torque of up to 1.5N. m. It is suitable for removing burrs with large margins, such as cast iron welds and steel parts with convex platforms.
